Complete The Sale

If you accept, we finalize the transaction using an agreed-upon process. If you'd rather not proceed, that's entirely fine.

Timing

Review time depends on the size and complexity of your submission. We don't promise a specific turnaround, but we do try to be timely.

Offers

Not every submission results in an offer, and an offer isn't a guaranteed final price — it's a starting point for a conversation. If the physical condition or authenticity of an item differs materially from what was shown in photos, a revised offer may be needed once we've inspected it in person.

Location & Mail-In

Rarewake is based on Long Island, New York, and handles most transactions locally in person. Select collections are also accepted by mail — items are shipped to Rarewake and the transaction is finalized after receipt and inspection.

Payment

Payment method is agreed upon as part of the transaction.
